ConnectUp offers Spirit-led, biblically grounded emotional healing training rooted in compassion, encounter, and God’s voice. Our courses are designed to not only equip you to minister healing to others, but also to receive healing yourself as you go. Whether you’re a seasoned pastor or a stay-at-home parent, ConnectUp meets you where you are—with training that honors your story and empowers your calling.

Both the group and individual versions of the ConnectUp E-Course offer the same powerful teachings, prayer tools, and healing content—but the way you engage with them is different.

• Individual Course: This option is designed for personal growth and flexibility. You can move at your own pace, taking time for personal reflection, healing, and practice. It’s ideal for those who want to experience healing on their own schedule, whether privately or with a mentor.

• Group Course: This format allows you to journey through the course with others in a small group setting. Led by a group facilitator, you’ll watch video teachings together, pause for discussion, and engage in prayer and reflection as a community. The group format brings the added beauty of shared insight, relational connection, and mutual encouragement—all of which can deepen the experience of healing and transformation.

No matter which format you choose, you’ll have access to the same life-giving content. Whether learning alone or with others, our prayer is that you encounter God’s presence, hear His voice, and grow in confidence to minister healing to others.

The E-Courses (101 & 102) contain the same content as ConnectUp’s Level 1 training, previously known as "Module 1." If you've already completed that training, the material will not be new. However, the E-Courses may still be useful if you’d like access to the content in a format that allows for self-paced review, or if you are interested in leading others through the training using the group version of the course.

Once you enroll, you’ll have unlimited access to the course. Learn at your own pace, on your own schedule, and return to the content as often as you'd like. This course is designed to fit your life—whether that’s early mornings before work or late nights after the kids are in bed.

Each course has 8 Lessons and can be completed in 8 weeks. That said, it is designed to be flexible. On average, participants spend 1–2 hours per week engaging with video lessons, prayer activations, and personal reflection. You can pace yourself based on your availability and how deeply you’d like to engage each week.

Yes! Each course includes a downloadable prayer guide, readings, and ministry tools you can use in your personal life or as you minister to others. You’ll also gain lifetime access to all materials and updates, so you can revisit the tools and teachings whenever needed.
