  • Ministry-application data – whatever you type into our application form (contact info, personal background, ministry screening questions)

We never sell your information. We share it only with trusted service-provider categories that we have subscriptions with:

  • Staff email system (coordinates ministry details)

  • Application records are limited to authorized staff and volunteers.

6. How long we keep your information

  • Orders, donor profiles, and analytic logs – kept by our website or giving platforms. If you ask us to remove an account, we request deletion or anonymization from the platform from our providers.

  • Application data – Application information is kept for up to seven years then deleted.

When any retention period ends—and wherever the platform allows—we either delete the data or irreversibly anonymize it so it can no longer be linked to you.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or move your personal data at any time, or to withdraw consent where that is the legal basis for processing.

EU/UK visitors: our lawful bases include contract performance, legitimate interests, and—where faith information is involved—your explicit consent under GDPR Articles 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(d).
