5. Data security

Our service providers store data on secure servers and encrypt it at rest where available.
Application records are limited to authorized staff and volunteers.
6. How long we keep your information
Orders, donor profiles, and analytic logs – kept by our website or giving platforms. If you ask us to remove an account, we request deletion or anonymization from the platform from our providers.
Application data – Application information is kept for up to seven years then deleted.
When any retention period ends—and wherever the platform allows—we either delete the data or irreversibly anonymize it so it can no longer be linked to you.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or move your personal data at any time, or to withdraw consent where that is the legal basis for processing.
EU/UK visitors: our lawful bases include contract performance, legitimate interests, and—where faith information is involved—your explicit consent under GDPR Articles 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(d).
