Fundraising to expand staff for ConnectUp

Jessica was radically saved, healed, and delivered from a 15 year drug addiction. She has been dedicated to following, loving, and growing in her relationship with Jesus ever since. Jessica spent years in Kansas City, Missouri learning and laying a firm foundation in faith based recovery. During this time she learned about personal and emotional growth In Jesus and sponsored many women along the way with a deepening passion for healing ministry.
A few years later, Jessica felt the Lord leading her to move across the country and attend Global School of Supernatural Ministry (GSSM). This ministry training program was an amazing experience where she learned how to walk in a fuller measure of her identity and the gifts of the Spirit. After school, she spent a year interning with a church in practical ministry, and another year serving on the ministry school leadership team for GSSM.
Jessica recently accepted a full-time missionary employment position of Team Director with ConnectUp, an organization that is focused on healing the heart. She loves leading individual sessions for people who are looking for freedom, as well as leading outreach teams to those who are in need of healing. Jessica wholeheartedly believes Jesus desires all to be saved, healed, delivered and set free from the pain and trauma experienced in life.
Cindy was born and raised in New York City. Her parents immigrated from Southern China/Hong Kong to New York City in the 1970s. While they were not followers of Jesus, Cindy received Him into her heart as her Lord and Savior as an adult. She had reached the end of her rope, trying so hard in her own strength to live a life of significance and purpose and yet coming up terribly short and feeling empty in her heart and soul, even though to an outsider, it may have seemed her life was exciting and fulfilling.
After she gave Jesus her "Yes", her life radically changed. Jesus invited Cindy into a lifelong adventure with Him that has taken her all over the world and back again to New York City, Cindy spent seasons in different major cities and nations where she met people from other nations and worked and ministered throughout Asia. The common theme in her life was "healing" - healing of her own heart, healing of her relationships, healing in her communities, healing of the land and healing of the nations.
Cindy has now accepted a full-time volunteer staff position with ConnectUp, an organization whose mission is to heal hearts around the world. She is excited about partnering with the Holy Spirit to see individuals, families, communities, cities and nations healed. She is passionate to see Jesus receive the FULL reward of His suffering and sacrifice. She is passionate to see Jesus return for a beautiful bride, His church and His people all over the world.

This fundraising goal is set by the missions agency being used. It includes not only salary and wage amounts, but also other expenses that come with raising support as a minister, i.e. full insurance premiums, additional taxes, fundraising activities, etc.
