Not everyone can travel to the Poconos. That’s why we’re offering ConnectUp’s Virtual Team Retreat
This Virtual Retreat is a guided retreat experience designed specifically for ConnectUp prayer ministers and Branches who want to participate in retreat from wherever they are.
This is a separate retreat experience running alongside our In-Person retreat. While it’s different from the In-Person gathering, it’s designed with the same heart to provide rest, worship, and connection. Registration includes a Personal Retreat Guide and Saturday Morning Zoom Gathering.
Virtual Retreat Overview
🎯 What is the Virtual Team Retreat?
Virtual Team Retreat 2026 is a 3-day personal retreat experience, guided by a downloadable retreat guide that will help you set aside intentional time for:
Prayer and Worship
Rest and Reflection
Personal Time with God
Community
You’ll walk through retreat content at your own pace over the retreat weekend, and you’ll also be invited to join a live Zoom gathering on Saturday morning for a shared experience of community, prayer, and worship.
The guide follows the basic schedule of Friday, 6:30pm-9:30pm, Saturday, 9am-5pm, Sunday 9am-12pm. That said it is flexible, and can be adjusted for personal scheduling needs.

After registering, you will receive:
A downloadable Virtual Retreat Guide (PDF) for the full 3-day retreat
Suggested schedule options (flexible for time zones and personal availability)
Reflection prompts, Scripture readings, and guidance for the personal retreat
A Live Saturday Zoom Gathering (10:00am - 12:00pm ET) with ConnectUp community
Space for worship, shared vision, connection, and encouragement

A highlight of the weekend will be our live virtual gathering on Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 10:00am - 12:00pm ET. This will be a meaningful time of:

Whether you’re joining from another state or another country, we hope to see you there.
⬆️ Who is this for?
This Virtual Retreat is designed for ConnectUp Prayer Ministers (Central Team and Branch Teams) unable to travel to the In-Person retreat in the Poconos, PA, due to:
Travel distance
International location
Financial limitations
Schedule constraints
Personal circumstances
If you’re in the ConnectUp community, we want you to retreat with us - even from afar. Our prayer is that this retreat weekend will be a blessing to our global community of ministers to retreat during this weekend whether in person or online.
🎟️ Cost
$50 per person OR
$200 per Branch Team registration
Branch Team registration covers all active team members of that Branch to attend virtually.
Once registered, you'll receive details and access to the Virtual Retreat Guide.
🌲 What You’ll Need
To get the most out of the retreat weekend, we encourage you to prepare:
A quite space for personal retreat time
A journal or notebook
Your Bible
Headphones (optional but helpful)
A plan for meals/rest (even if it’s just a few hours each day)
The retreat is flexible - but it’s powerful to engage with intention.

🤝 Financial Hardship
If you cannot attend due to a financial hardship, please contact info@iconnectup.net. We cannot guarantee assistance, but would like to be aware of your need in case we can help.
🎁 Sponsor a Registration
If you want to “pay it forward” and sponsor someone else’s registration fee, there is a section on the Registration Form where you can do just that. We have always had more scholarship requests than we can fund, and encourage you to give if you can to enable others to come.
⏪ Refund Policy
If you need to cancel more than two weeks before the retreat, we’ll happily refund your payment. For cancellations within two weeks of the retreat, we generally aren’t able to issue refunds due to commitments we’ve already made, but you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else or talk with us about a partial credit. If something unexpected or difficult comes up, please reach out - we’ll do our best to work with you.
